Camp Winshape Drop Off

Tieg and I decided that this would be the summer that Grayson would enjoy a camp experience.  We felt that he was old enough to handle it, and it would be a great experience for him. Grayson is a home body and loves to be in his own environment.  This would be totally new for him, but would only make him stronger.
He was so excited the morning he left and was ready to go!
Drake and Grayson have known each other their entire lives and we felt that it would be great for them to go with each other to camp. A little bit of home in this new experience.
The boys on the bunks
So hard to leave this boy, but we knew he was going to have a great week.
So cool to go through pregnancy together with these two boys, and then to send them off to camp together.  I couldn't have done it without Jen. It was comforting to know that Grayson had someone with him at camp.
Listening to Nick tell them all about what they were going to do that week!
It felt like I left part of my heart in Rome that Sunday, but I knew he was in great hands and was going to love camp!
Tieg and I stopped by Dunkin Donuts for a little comfort food on the way home.
It was the longest week of my life without my boy.  I prayed for him daily!
