We decided to surprise Kinsley with a trip to Babyland General for her birthday. She LOVES baby dolls and we knew this would be the perfect way to spend her birthday. The new hospital is so nice and so big. Kinsley adopted a baby out of the Cabbage Patch and named her Nellie Anne. Nelle was my middle name, so Kinsley chose Nellie for her baby. Anne is Kinsley's middle name, so the cabbage patch doll shares our names and our birthday. It was so much fun and they make it like a real birth. Mother Cabbage was 9 leaves dialated and needed an easiotomy. After the baby was born, they brought her around for Kinsley to see and then they took her off to the nursery.

I seriously got a little teary-eyed remembering how much I ADORED Babyland General as a kid. I know Kinsley will forever cherish that memory!
