We had another huge snow storm come in on February 12th. The city was well prepared for snow this time around and schools and businesses were cancelled early. School was called off for Tuesday because of the threat of ice, it ended up just raining all day and the sleet came in later that night. We woke up to a ground covered in ice. We had sleet all day on Wednesday so we didn't get out in it. Tieg was able to work from home and we just enjoyed being home together. We drank hot tea, watched movies, played in the basement, put together puzzles, and just had quality time together! 
The snow came in overnight, so we were able to get out and play on Thursday!

School was cancelled for four days! The snow/ice began to melt on Thursday, but it wasn't off all of the roads Friday morning so school was called off. Our county had 3 built in snow days, and we have missed 7 total. This never happens in Georgia. The superintendent decided to extend the school day by 30 minutes from March-May to make up the missed days. Crazy!
