Camping Trip to Myrtle Beach

We loaded up the camper and headed to Myrtle Beach for the last week in June.  It was an Amazing trip - never thought I'd say that about camping, but it was wonderful! Everything you needed was right there inside the campground - grocery store, putt putt, pool, beach, laundry mat, and the most amazing breakfast food! It was a wonderful week spent with friends and family! We got to spend a lot of time with Christy and Matt! It was wonderful to see them!

Little man LOVED the beach and enjoyed throwing the sand.
So sweet - Papa, Maddox and Grayson.
Me and my girl!
The love of my life!
Having fun in the kiddie pool!

Nothing beats a Tropical Sno at the pool!
Enjoyed eating out in Murrells Inlet.
Auntie and Kinsley went out for some shopping,
while the boys headed out for some fishing!

We all had a great time with Grandy and Papa!

Dance party at the camper!

One of our favorite places to go while visiting Matt and Christy is Pawley's Island!  There is a river on one side that leads to the ocean on the other side of the island.  It is so peaceful and relaxing, and the kids can play and play!

Kinsley LOVED finding seashells! I think we came back with four buckets full!
Auntie and Kinsley coming back from their walk finding shells together!
This little boy took off and was so comfortable at Pawley's!

Loving the sand!
Grayson caught a crab while we were there!
Then the bottom fell out and we got caught in a horrible storm! So we quickly loaded up and headed to Christy's house to shower and get ready for dinner!
Grayson enjoying the fried catfish that he caught and Matt cooked.
We met up with the camping crew for fireworks on the beach!

Time to cruise the golf cart strip! Every night, golf carts would line up and cruise the beach road.  The kids loved it and it was a highlight each night.  The kids would give high fives, pass out necklaces and candy to each other.  So much fun!
The campground had several ponds, and Maddox would say, "Quack, quack" every time we would pass one! So cute! The last morning, we took the kids to feed the ducks.  Maddox loved it!
Last day on the beach.
The whole camping crew!
The Gravitts and The Reeders

Each night after dinner, we would load up on the golf cart and get ice cream! So yummy!
Time for some chill time in the camper with Auntie and Matt.

Waiting in line for our nightly ice cream!

What an Incredible Week! I thought I would be ready to come home after about day 4 of being in the camper, but I could've stayed another week.  It was so nice! I Loved having family time, and getting to visit with Christy and Matt was icing on the cake.  Already looking forward to going back next year!
