Last Night at Beach

The last day at the beach was a pretty lazy day, which is what vacation is all about. We went to the pool until an afternoon storm came in, so it was naptime for everyone! After naps, we decided to head out to the beach to try to get some family photos - which is never an easy task. Here are a few of my favs . . . After we snapped a few photos, we headed up to the restaurant at the condo for dinner. We sat outside and had a great view of the water. We saw a family fishing off the shore and saw them reel in a fish. Grayson took off running to see the catch. I have never seen him move so fast. They were so sweet to let him hold the fish and release it back into the water. After dinner, it was time for some crab hunting! This was the highlight of our trip! There is something so special about the kids excitement. We hunted and hunted and didn't see any crabs. As we were headed back to the condo, we saw one scurry across the sand. Then we saw another, and another and another! We caught five crabs all together. We all had such a special last night out on the beach together!
