I'm Gonna Miss This

So after a few incidences of Grayson getting teased on the bus, Tieg and I decided that it would be best if he was a car rider. After all, that is an advantage of being a stay at home mom is to be there when my kids need me. This was a time that he needed me. Each afternoon, Sissy and I would load up the car and head to the car rider line. She normally had a load of toys to keep herself busy! We had a good time in the car together!My heart would be at a stand still as I remembered what Grayson was wearing that day so I could spot my little man headed to the car! I couldn't wait to see his smiling face and hear all about his day! As I sat in car rider line at the end of the school year, I couldn't help but thing about the Darius Rucker song, "You're Gonna Miss This." I will miss these days! I will miss my little girl being in the car with me next year as I will be picking them both up.
