Christmas Eve

We all started to feel a little better by Christmas Eve and I was ready to get in the Christmas spirit! We started the day with making our Gingerbread house, then made a craft with the manger scene. The kids then logged onto the computer and got their personalized message from Santa. So cool!! We then we headed to church. It was so nice to have my sister, John and my parents at church with us. After church, we headed home to make a birthday cake for Jesus and cookies for Santa. Then we opened up our pajamas and loaded up to take a drive to look at Christmas lights. It was a wonderful day spent together as a family.
Grayson receiving his message from Santa. Kinsley watching her message from Santa. Tieg, Paw Paw and Grayson in their brown jackets. Grayson loves sitting with his Uncle John and Aunt Karla at church. He was so great during the entire service. So special to have the kids in church with us on Christmas Eve. Making the birthday cake for Jesus!
Opening their PJs! Putting out Santa's cookies, carrots for the reindeer and headed off to bed. As we were driving around looking at lights, Kinsley made a phone call to my parents. She asked if they wanted to spend the night and they said they just couldn't so no to that. I believe she has them wrapped around her little finger. So around nine o'clock my parents headed over and spent the night with us. It was so special to have them here Christmas morning.
