Mom hosted her annual baking day this year! Mom and a couple of her friends started this tradition about 10 years ago, and I remember the ladies getting together to bake at our old house and I would come in at the end to enjoy their hardwork! I joined the group several years ago and look forward to it every year! Everyone brings recipes and makes their own goodies and at the end of the day, everyone takes home a collection of everything that was made. It makes for great gifts!
