We headed out to Myrtle Beach last weekend to see Tieg's sister and brother-in-law, Christy and Matt. We had an awesome visit! We got there Friday night, and headed out to Pawley's Island on Saturday morning. It was great because on one side there was a salt water river that fed into the ocean and then across the sand was the ocean. We got to enjoy the water and all of the wildlife!
Tieg had a blast learning how to cast a net! It was so cool to see what he caught and Grayson loved it!
Grayson had so much fun swimming in the ocean! He amazed me that he was going under in the ocean - he had his goggles on of course. Kinsley absolutley loved finding the seashells. She couldn't walk past one and not pick it up. She would fill her bucket up and then throw them back into the water and start again. I love watching my kids have so much fun!
Saturday night, we went to Broadway at the Beach and fed the crazy fish. They were swimming on top of each other for the food! The kids got to ride some rides and then we headed back to Matt and Christy's house. The weekend was all about perfect timing, as soon as we got in the car to leave the beach on both Saturday and Sunday, the rain started pouring down. The last night we were there, we decided to shoot off some fireworks. As soon as we were done, you guessed it - it started raining again. It ended up being a perfect weekend!
We had so much fun and it was nice to spend time with family!
