We then met my entire family and Tieg's parents at church! It was awesome to have everyone together to celebrate the reason for the season! The service was great and the music was incredible! The kids did really well through the service with a little help from the snacks and candy I had brought. Kinsley cracked us up at the end when the pastor gave the invitation prayer. He said to raise your hand if you need to restore your relationship with the Lord. Kinsley did as he had asked and raised her little hand. It was precious!
We then headed to Uncle Jeffrey's for my mom's side of the family's Christmas celebration. The food was awesome and the kids had a blast playing! I always loved Christmas Eve as a child and it is so cool to see your childhood through your own child's joy! It brought back so many memories of running around with all of our cousins when we were little and getting excited about Santa coming!
Me, Cousin Lauren and Karla. Chad being silly behind us!
Kinsley was totally enamored with Baby Demi!
Grayson thanking Nana for his Pop Up Pirate Game!
We got home around 8 and had to make Santa's cookies!
We then let the kids open one present, which was pajamas. Tieg grew up with this tradition and I just love it! Tieg's parents still supply us with jammies, but we carried the tradition on with our kids! Here is a picture of the kids opening their P.J.'s!
Kinsley totally modeled her new jammies walking around in circles with her hands on her hips! She cracked us up!! She keeps us laughing!

My Mom does the pajama thing on Christmas Eve and we love it. It is a great tradition.
Love the matching pj's idea! I just heard of this tradition this year and so badly want to do it, but it's hard when you have a 4 year old and a 14 year old!
Your kids are precious! We love having Karla at work with us - can you believe baby girl is getting married? We hate we'll miss it.
Hey girl...Morgan was perfectly fine this morning about her accident :) and I LOVE the glue - it is great!
Cute pictures and I love the pj's idea too! I want to start this with my kids next year so let me know if you find cute boy & girl matching outfits ;).
