I've Voted!!
I stood in line for two hours this morning to vote and loved every minute of it! I got to spend time with my husband and I got to exercise my right as a citizen. I love to vote on election day and have not missed an election - no matter how big or small. It has always been a big deal in my family. The day I turned 18, Daddy took me to the county to register. Some of my family like to vote early but I love the excitement that comes with election day and casting my vote. My grandmother always said that if you were not at the polls voting, then you should be in your grave. She passed away 15 minutes before the polls opened 10 years ago. She was an amazing woman and we miss her dearly! I know this election is in God's control, but I have done my part. I've voted, have you?

That is so cute about your grandmother!! What a neat story! And, what a good citizen!
We voted early here in Texas. There wouldn't have been any way to stand in line with a 10 month old, so I went while my mother-in-law was visiting.
I just pray that God's will will be done with this one...
Oh, and best of luck to your daddy!! You'll have to let me know how that goes.
Cute story..hard to believe it has been 10 years though! Wow! I didn't realize it! Good luck to your dad...too bad we don't live where we can vote for him.
Congrats on your dad Melissa! Neat story about your grandmother :).
