Great weekend

We had a great weekend! I went out with my dad, brothers and sister Saturday morning campaigning and knocking on doors. One week until the election! We had a great time and enjoyed sharing our stories with each other about the experience! Tieg's mom came and took the kids for the afternoon. They enjoyed Halloween festivities in Loganville, and had some fun with their Grandy for the day. Tieg and I enjoyed watching the football game while they were away and went out for dinner that night! Loved every minute of the game - Go Dawgs! We cheered and screamed like we were actually there - which we were supposed to be, but that is another story!
Sunday we went out looking for my sister a wedding dress! It was a fun girls day and then enjoyed some family time that evening!

Mondays are always awesome mornings at home enjoying time with my kiddos - it is the only day that we don't have to be out the door to preschool! Yesterday afternoon we headed out to Discover Mills to get Grayson some clothes. He is getting so big, so fast! He literally has nothing that fits him, so it was time for some new clothes. I have to take him with me to pick everything out. He has gotten so funny about what he wears, and once he gets his mind set on something there is no changing it. After shopping, he wanted to see the fish at Bass Pro Shop. They love to do this! Such free, cheap entertainment. There was a man that was feeding the fish and asked us if we wanted to see the 14.8 lb. bass that he had in the back. We headed back behind the scenes and saw the ginormous fish. He then took us upstairs above the aquarium tank and took us out on the plank and let us look over right into the water! It was incredible and such a fun experience for the kids! Unfortunately, I didn't have my camera - of all times! We finished up the day looking at the boats in the store and playing captain! I love Mondays with my kids!

I'm so jealous you get Mondays with your kids! Anyway! Aiden is growing, too! Luckily, Tracy Eye keeps him clothed with Preston's old outfits, but we still had to go buy some fleeces and a jacket last week. But, hey, I don't need much of an excuse to shop! So glad you and Tieg got an evening together!
