Last week I found out Grayson has show-and-tell on Friday of each week. The kids have to bring in something that starts with the letter that they are working on that week. The letters were A and K. We started talking about things that started with those letters. We talked about their names and toys, etc. Grayson gives it some thought and then says, "Maybe I can take Sissy in for show-and-tell, her name starts with a K." Before I can respond, this is what he said to her, "Sissy want to go to my class for show-and-tell? Don't be embarrassed, my friends are nice." It was so sweet and thoughtful of him! He ended up choosing his Ambulance for show-and-tell.
Grayson's new favorite store is "the one with the big red circle with the red dot in the middle." Yes, he LOVES Target! Just like his momma!!

That's so sweet that he offered to take Sissy for show-and-tell!!
We women-folks must hit the Target an awful lot...when my niece was about two years old, she was saying her prayers with her daddy one night before bed, and they always said, "God bless... and God bless..." On and on they would start that way and name family members and things she wanted God to bless. Finally, her daddy said, "Do you have anyone else for God to bless tonight?" She said, "Oh, yeah, and God bless my Target!"
Classic. I think it might be one of the funniest little kid prayers ever!
He's a kid after my own heart. Sweet story.
That's funny! Gotta love some TARGET!!!!
